Payments are accepted through Paypal (a secure on-line payment system which is very easy and safe to use).

Most of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Custom orders can take up to 7 business days [usually less].
| Shipping |
Orders are shipped via Israel registered or express mail.
You pay shipping just once, regardless of how many items you purchase in the same transaction.
Israel: $3.90 registered mail / $13.5 express mail
International: $5 registered mail / $11 Eco post [approx. 5-7 business days delivery] / $29 express mail [approx. 2-4 business days].
Registered mail takes between 10-21 business days delivery. Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your purchase within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs.
Please note that your parcel will require a signature upon receipt.
Small Talk Accessories does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that your destination country might claim.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify and we cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.

if you purchased an item and wish to return or exchange it please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of receiving your purchase. Used/worn items and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Small Talk Accessories is not responsible for any return delivery charges.However if any delivered items were received damaged or defective delivery charges will be refundable.
Once the items are received in their original condition you will receive a refund within 7 business days to your Paypal account. If an exchange is chosen we will contact you within two days of receiving the goods to arrange it.
